Save the date for this year's Graze: Birmingham! This event is a farm-to-fork picnic benefiting the work of the Alabama Sustainable Agriculture Network - ASAN to deepen relationships between the people of Alabama, the food we eat, and the place we live. ASAN's vision is of a resilient agricultural system in Alabama that is farmer-centered, just, ecologically regenerative, and intergenerational.
Graze is about GOOD FOOD (and drink!), creatively prepared by over a dozen of the Birmingham area's finest farmers and chefs. Each farm is paired with a chef or restaurant to produce one amazing dish. As a guest, you will graze from table to table, sampling familiar favorites and magical new creations.
